Episode 066 and 067: Obstacle Course Design

We’re building a backyard obstacle course! In part one of this discussion (Episode 066), we talk about why you should incorporate an obstacle course into your regular exercise routine. How does an obstacle course improve your balance, ability, core strength, upper body strength, and mental confidence? We answer all of those questions.

In part two (Episode 067), we go through each of the obstacles that we’re planning for our obstacle course, and specifically what each of those obstacles aims to accomplish in our training regimen. We also give you some very specific recommendations on either building or improvising your own obstacle course no matter how much, or how little, space you have to work with.
